Omics Data Repo
This managed storage is located on high-performance GPFS storage connected to UAB’s Cheaha supercomputer and includes a “raw data” repository for flat files as well as locally “hosted data”.
Source Code Repo
This is a local instance of GitLab at UAB, supported by UAB’s Research Computing, for version control of source code and to facilitate sharing of web notebooks.
Clinical Data repo
This is the use of i2b2 as a data store to house research generated data such as clinical attributes, participant characteristics or other observational facts related to research participants or patients
Object Mapping Repo
These tables will house information about objects relevant to U-BRITE as well as relationships between object.
